Terms & Conditions: Elōs Me®
1. Warranty & Returns
6-Year Limited Warranty: Elōs Me® products purchased directly from our official online store are covered by a 6-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects or mechanical issues. Products purchased through third-party platforms or unauthorized sellers are not covered. Under this warranty, Elōs Me® will cover all shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement of the unit.
5-Month Satisfaction Guarantee (Used Products): This is a Results-Based Satisfaction Guarantee. If you have used the device as directed for a minimum of 90 days and are not satisfied with the results, you may request a return. This guarantee expires 5 months after delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund.
30-Day Return Policy (Unused Products): If you change your mind, you may return your Elōs Me® product within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please note that for returns due to withdrawal or change of mind, the original shipping costs incurred by Elōs Me® will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds: Processed within up to 10 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
RMA Process: All returns must follow the official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process by contacting hello@elosme.com. Returns sent without an official RMA number and specific shipping instructions will not be accepted.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Signature Required: All shipments require direct signature upon delivery.
Transfer of Liability: If a customer requests delivery without a signature or modifies delivery instructions with the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer once delivery is confirmed.
Unclaimed Packages & Delivery Failures: It is the customer’s responsibility to be available for delivery or to coordinate a pickup/redelivery with the carrier once a notice has been left. If a package is returned to Elōs Me® because the customer failed to claim it, refused delivery, or was unavailable after multiple attempts, this will be treated as a standard return. In such cases, the original shipping costs incurred by Elōs Me® will be deducted from the refund, even if “Free Shipping” was applied at the time of purchase.
3. Mandatory Dispute Resolution & Chargeback Policy
Pre-Dispute Contact: By making a purchase, you agree that before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank, you must first contact our support team at hello@elosme.com. You must allow us 10 business days to provide a resolution or an RMA.
Breach of Terms: Initiating a dispute without prior contact or during an active RMA process is considered a breach of these Terms. In such cases, Elōs Me® reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of €50.00 to cover the costs of the dispute process.
Product Not as Described: Our products are medical-grade aesthetic devices. A “Product Unacceptable” or “Not as Described” claim will only be valid if the device fails to perform its technical functions. Subjective dissatisfaction or minor cosmetic variations do not constitute a valid claim for a bank dispute.
4. Unauthorized Sellers
Elōs Me® does not sell on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, or similar platforms. Purchases made through such platforms are not eligible for warranty, refunds, or support.
5. Use of the Site
Agreement: By accessing elosme.com or its shop elosme-lescolton.com, you agree to these Terms.
Disclaimer: The Site and its content are provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
6. Intellectual Property & User Content
All Site content, trademarks, and logos are the property of Elōs Me®.
Any content submitted by users must be lawful. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such content.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site, products, and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elōs Me® is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products.
