Returns & Refunds
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your Elos Me & Lescolton product(s) for a refund of the purchase price. Please review the following details:
Our products come with a 6-month money-back guarantee, starting from the date of delivery. This guarantee applies exclusively to purchases made directly from www.elosme.com and its shop www.elosme-lescolton.com.
To initiate a return, you’ll need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact Customer Care at hello@elosme.com to request your RMA number. Upon confirmation, you’ll receive an email containing your RMA number, the warehouse mailing address, and shipping and packing guidelines.
Once your return is received, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Note: When free shipping applies, our original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Third-Party Purchases (Refund Requests)
If you’ve purchased your Elos Me & Lescolton product(s) through a source other than www.elosme.com and you’re seeking a refund, you’ll need to coordinate the return/refund with that source in accordance with their product return policy. Most retailers have their own return policies, so it’s important to review the source’s refund/return policy before making your purchase decision.

Elos Me & Lescolton, collectively referred to as Elos Me & Lescolton henceforth, does not sell products through generic sales platforms such as Amazon, AliExpress, Alibaba, or eBay. Please note that any purchases made from the platforms mentioned above or similar ones are not covered by our 6-year warranty. Additionally, Elos Me & Lescolton cannot be held responsible for any potential damages resulting from the purchase of counterfeit or imitation products on the aforementioned sales platforms.
