Warranty
Our products are covered by a 6-year warranty when purchased directly from our Online Shop. Products purchased through third-party platforms or retailers are not covered.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Elōs Me® & Lescolton product(s) for a refund of the purchase price, provided that the return is initiated according to our RMA process.

Money-Back Guarantee
Our products come with a 5-month money-back guarantee starting from the date of delivery.

Return Procedure

  • To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Customer Care at hello@elosme.com.
  • Upon confirmation, you will receive an email with your RMA number, warehouse mailing address, and shipping/packing instructions.
  • Returns must be completed according to these instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • If free shipping was applied, the original shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

Third-Party Purchases
Purchases made through third-party retailers must follow their return policy. Elōs Me® is not responsible for returns or refunds from third-party sources.

Important Notice
Elōs Me® does not sell products via platforms such as Amazon, AliExpress, Alibaba, or eBay. Products purchased from these platforms or similar ones are not covered by our 6-year warranty. We cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from counterfeit or imitation products purchased via these platforms.
